Sometimes the greatest struggle in getting connected to yourself and opening up to the happiness that’s out there waiting for you is to just become more aware of what your body is telling you.

So I was delighted when the game was introduced to a group of fellow melancholics; many of us had forgotten how to smile, much less laugh so I wondered how we might respond to this game designed to foster humor and communication. Much to my surprise and delight I found myself soon engaged and participating, laughing heartily…
